What are non refundable bookings?
Very attractive rates up to 30% off regular rates. Full prepayment is required at the time of booking. The total price of the reservation will be charged and is non-refundable. Modifications are subject to availability. Non refundable rates can be are easily identified and are shown next to each roomtype in our booking engine
What time is check-out time?
Check out is 12 noon, for late check-out requests please ask our reception.
Is parking available ?
Parking garage is available nearby the hotel open Monday – Sunday, this parking belongs to the Municipality of Athens, low charges do apply. No reservation is required you can go directly to 6 Sokratous street Athens, just one block from the hotel.
I have made a reservation do you charge in advance?
In most cases reservations are paid during stay. For bookings made through our website we offer a flexible free cancellation policy, exact date is shown during booking procedure, usually 1-2 days prior to arrival cancellations are free of charge. Exception for prepaid and special discounted offers which are marked with a offer logo and policy description, these bookings are charged in advance and are non refundable.
For bookings made through partner websites please check before booking as each website operates independently and the hotel has no access.
How can i book a transfer?
You can book your transfer online, once a booking is made one of our drivers will be notified and will be waiting for you at the arranged time and point. For small groups and minibus arrangements please contact us. In case you need transportation during your stay please ask our reception staff and we will find best possible option depending on your destination.

Please visit our tours-cruises page, we keep adding more tours. No payment is required now you can book now and pay later when you purchase your tickets. Tour bookings are also accepted from other properties or individuals.

Yes, all floors are accessible by elevator, our reception desk is on ground level.

All taxes are included except for stayover fee of 0.50€ per room / per night, this small fee is paid at the hotel.
